Inspirational Breathing (IB)

IB is a conscious connected mouth-breathing technique that fully opens your respiratory system, taking you back to your most functional breath.

It supports healing by releasing stored tension, clearing emotional blocks & restricted patterns, and creating space for fresh energy and healthier behaviours.

What to Expect in a Breathwork  Session

We begin and end with a short chat.

You’ll experience 60 minutes of supported breathwork, guided gently with

    • Toning Sounds
    • Movement & Music
    • Affirmations
    • Visualisation
    • Gentle Touch

Including 15 minutes of deep relaxation at the end  (Receiving Time) to integrate and receive inner guidance.

Your Experience May Include

Physical Sensations

  • Tingling in hands/face, hot/cold shifts
  • Shaking, yawning, twitching (trauma release)
  • Zoning out briefly – Normal & safe

Emotional Releases

  • Waves of joy, sadness, anger or calm
  • Visions, flashbacks or wordless emotion

All you have to do is focus on your breath, stay physically present, respond in the moment and experience what unfolds.

In our 1.5-hour breathwork session, you can expect to be held in a warm, gentle and nurturing space.
